Shipping
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All Laloun products are shipped from Vancouver to your chosen destination worldwide. Delivery will occur within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Customs / Import Fees
Your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is considered the importer and is responsible for all Import Fees. For more details about potential Import Fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Refused Shipment
If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the original shipping charges, any incurred customs fees, and the cost of returning the package to Laloun will be deducted from your refund.
