We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. All purchases must be returned in their original packaging and in mint condition. To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@laloun.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days, issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees ($15 within the UAE / $20 for other countries) are non-refundable. You can track your return shipment using the tracking number provided on your Returns Label.

Please note: Final Sale items (discounted 30% or more) are not eligible for return.
